Situation:

Business Council of Alberta (BCA) required streamlined communication efforts to promote policy recommendations, engage members, and maintain up-to-date content across digital platforms. The challenge was translating complex research and policy documents into content that was easily digestible by the general public.

Task:

Develop and publish various content forms to support BCA’s communications, including social media posts, newsletters, website updates, reports, and briefing notes.Maintain the accuracy of BCA’s digital presence, ensuring consistent and timely updates.Create engaging graphics and visual content to support BCA’s policy initiatives.

Action:

Simplifying Complex Topics:

  • Translated a complex study into a series of easy-to-understand social media posts, including tweets, LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, and vertical videos for reels.
